Do you deliver and
set up?
Yes! We deliver the equipment within 2-hrs of your start time, set it up safely and conduct a
safety inspection. We then come back to take it down at the end
of your event. We will cover the safety rules and equipment
guidelines with you and make sure everything is in good working
order before your event starts. Set up normally takes 30 minutes
per piece average.

Are reservations
necessary?
Yes, during our peak season May-October, we suggest you make
your reservation at least 4-6 weeks ahead of time and as much as
3-6 months ahead if you are planning a large event such as a
school or church carnival, company picnic, or community event.
The earlier you book, the greater your selection.
We are happy to work with you to ensure that you can get
equipment that meets your needs. Put your reservation in as soon
as possible to increase your chance of securing your selected
item! We do sell out on summer weekends.

Is there a deposit
required?
Yes, we ask for a deposit of at least $25.00/unit at the time of booking to
reserve your equipment. We accept VISA , Master Card,
American Express Discover &
Paypal. The balance is due before set-up on your event date. We hold
ourselves to high standards of customer service and this allows
us to commit the equipment to you, and ensure that it's
delivered and set up properly.

What is your
cancellation policy?
Regardless of when your order was placed...
Full Refund (less $5.00 processing fee) with cancellation any
time up until 2
weeks before your event date .
If you cancel between 2 weeks and 48 hours before your event
date, Bounce Unltd keeps the deposit but you
can apply it to a future rental within 30 days.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS
OF YOUR PARTY!!!

What if it rains?
We understand that weather can change quickly, and since
nobody can claim to be able to predict the weather or have any
control over it. We therefore leave it up to you to cancel "due
to weather" but it has to be done by 6.00pm two days before your
party.
Once the unit is out for delivery to the Customer, there can be
no cancellations, refunds or reductions in price due to foul
weather.
In the case of weather cancellation, Bounce Unltd will keep the
deposit but you can apply it to a future rental within 30 days.
** We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to
severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions. You will
receive a full refund less $5.00 processing fee if we cancel due
to weather. **

What if I want to
change my order?
Please contact us via email if your needs change with your
invoice number in the subject line – we are happy to
change your order based on equipment available. The earlier you
contact us, the greater your available selection.

Can you set up at
a park?
Yes. BounceUnLtd can deliver and set-up your equipment at a
park. We do require that you call and get us proof of permission
before the day of your party. We will provide proof of liability
insurance if necessary.

Can you set up
inside?
Yes. BounceUnLtd can set-up your bounce inside. A gym is a
great place for set-up, especially during winter months or if
rain is likely. The required space must be at least, 20' x 20'
and as low as 12' ceiling height depending on style of unit.

What kind of power
is required?
Normally, each inflatable runs off a regular 110v grounded
outlet on a 20 AMP circuit – this usually is what you would
consider a “normal plug” in most homes and businesses. If you
are renting large equipment or multiple inflatables, we are
happy to discuss the power needs with you ahead of time. We do
rent generators for an additional charge for events in parks or
at locations without sufficient power. Each inflatable must be
within 75' of the power source (outlet or generator). The power
needs of our non-inflatable equipment vary – we are happy to
discuss it with you when you make a reservation.

Will the bounce
harm my lawn?
BounceUnLtd cannot guarantee that the equipment will not have
an effect on your lawn. Due to the weight of the bounce and
depending on the length of time the bounce is in use, flattened
grass is common but it is not permanent. During the heat of the
summer, it is not uncommon to see burned blades of grass a few
days after the moonwalk has been removed. The grass typically
recovers within a week or so. We do use tarps that will protect
the grass from permanent damage due to the shifting motion of
the moonwalk.

How do I prepare
for my rental?
PREPARATION CHECKLIST
Please provide at least the space
required as suggested on each unit's page with at least 18' of
clearance from tree branches and other obstructions. This will create an open space around the bounce
house for safety and to protect our equipment.
We will not set up the bounce house under
or near any electrical or telephone wires.
Make sure there are no underground irrigation
pipes and/or buried telephone cables or electric lines close to
the perimeter of the bounce site.
We will use metal stakes 24” – 40” to
secure the unit. BounceUnLtd is not responsible for any damage
when stakes are used.
Clear the site of all sharp sticks, animal
waste, large rocks and other large debris. If animal waste must
be removed, please cover the spot to protect our equipment from
residue. On hard surfaces like driveways or parking lots, please
sweep the area clean.
The bounce site should be relatively level. No
more than a 6 inch slope per 10 feet.
A standard 110 outlet within 75 - 100 feet of
where the unit will be located is required for operation. This
must be a dedicated circuit not be shared with any other
equipment.
A clear path of at least 3 feet wide is
necessary for delivery of the bounce house.
Please be present at the time of delivery
and pick up.

How many people can
a bounce hold?
Our bounces are designed to safely accommodate the
manufacturers recommended number of children. It is recommended
that you group the bouncing participants by age.
Bouncers
should be grouped according to age and size. Only bouncers of
the size will be allowed in the bounce unit at the same time.
The number of bouncers allowed
in the bounce house should be determined based on the following

Is the equipment
safe?
We work hard to keep our equipment in good repair, and we
will clearly explain the operating rules to you when we set up
the equipment. As with any vigorous activity, adult supervision
and following the safety guidelines is important to ensure the
safety of all participants.
Electrical Requirements
Electric is the responsibility of the renter. We
will provide the appropriate extension cord to power our
equipment. All equipment must be placed within 100 feet of the
power source. We are not permitted to connect to any temporary
wiring unless it has been inspected and signed off by a licensed
electrician.
All inflatables require one dedicated circuit for each
required blower. A dedicated circuit has its own circuit
breaker without any other equipment plugged in. This does not
correspond to the number of outlets. Typical wiring consists of
multiple outlets on one circuit. This means all outlets on that
circuit must be unused.
If power is not available generators can be rented to provide
electric for your event. Generators are sized by power output
(Watts). A 3000 (3kw) watt generator can provide two separated
circuits, therefore powering two blowers.
We will not be responsible for any electrical failures caused
by the power source with the exception of generators that we
provide.

What kind of
supervision is necessary?
All of our equipment requires adult supervision at all times,
for the safety of the participants. The prices for our bounces,
games and concession rentals assume that you, the customer, will
provide appropriate adult supervision. We are happy to provide
supervision for that equipment at an additional charge – just
ask when you make the reservation. Our larger equipment comes
with supervision. Ask when booking to be sure you understand
whether your rental includes supervision.
